Clean and comfortable
We booked the VIP cabin for two persons and were very satisfied. It was clean, snacks and drinks were provided, WiFi worked perfectly and service was good. Also the air condition was adaptable so that you could choose by yourself if you wanted it cold or not that cold. Overall, the trip was very comfortable - starting with the lounge in Lao Cai and ending in Hanoi. Thank you for this experience!

I had a good time with chapa train. We booked the vip room. Room was cleaned, wifi was good, bed was comfortable. Train departure right on time. Highly recommended
Train chapa
When we go from hanoi to sapa the train was not very good, but when we go sapa to hanoi was very good...but in both cases the The bag of potatoes was expired and the potatoes tasted rancid.. Thanks
Train to Sapa from Hanoi
The train cabin was very nice and clean and staff were very helpful in getting everyone on the train and handing out complimentary snacks / water. The Chapa lounge at Lao Cai station was great as it had complimentary shower facilities. Train departed and arrived on time.

Cozy experience for a 8 hour journey
A very good experience way back to Hanoi. Bed was comfortable and big enough for an Asian adult. Served with plenty of refreshment.
