from Thursday, 5th June to Monday, 4th August 2025.
This renovation is part of our ongoing commitment to elevate your experience to 5-star standards, continuing the unique design and cultural concept inspired by the VIP Lounge in Hanoi and showcasing the rich heritage of Northwest Vietnam.
During this period:
• All Chapa Express passengers will be welcomed at the main lobby of Lao Cai train station.
• Our team members, easily recognized by their uniforms and name tags, will be available to assist and serve you with the utmost care.
• Please note that breakfast and dinner service, as well as the shower room, will not be available during the renovation. We kindly recommend that guests make alternative arrangements in advance.
