RESTROOM FACILITIES:
- Each carriage is equipped with two restrooms and a washing area located outside the restrooms stocked with soap, tissues, and other essential amenities for your convenience.
- Please note that the water in the restrooms is not potable.
- Restrooms are located at both ends of the carriage.
No-smoking policy:
Cabin Amenities
Complimentary water, snacks, and an amenity kit with environmentally friendly, biodegradable products are provided.
Pillows, blankets, and sheets are thoroughly sanitized for each journey to ensure optimal hygiene.
Individually adjustable air conditioning for personalized comfort.
Reading lamps, power outlets, and a 220V power supply (voltage stabilizers are not provided).
The trash bin is discreetly placed inside the cabinet.
Secure storage for luggage under the bed or in the designated compartment on the second floor.
For your safety, please ensure the cabin door is securely closed by turning the doorknob horizontally.

Noise and Vibrations on the Train
- The train operates on a century-old railway system, resulting in consisten movement and occasional noise. While these elements may cause discomfort, theey are part of the unique charm of rail travel in Vietnam.
- The swaying of the train, combined with provided earplugs, can help ease you into a restful sleep during overnight journeys.
Small Insects
Due to the tropical climate, small insects may occasionally appear despite our thorough cabin preparations. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to ensure your comfort.

Welcome to the Chapa Lounge, your dedicated check-in and relaxation space at Waiting Room 2, Lao Cai Station.

Conveniently positioned within the Lao Cai International Railway Station, the Chapa Lounge offers a spacious setting – ideal for freshening up after your journey or relaxing before your departure.
Enjoy complimentary internet, shower facilities, and a selection
Tips: To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving at the lounge at least one hour before your scheduled departure.
SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE:
LAO CAI STATION ↔ SAPA CENTER
We are offering convenient transportation between Lao Cai Station and Sapa in both directions.
Lao Cai Station - Sapa:
Upon your arrival at Lao Cai Station, our driver will wait at the station exit, holding a sign with your name for easy identification.
Sapa - Lao Cai Station:
For your return journey, our driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby between 5:50 PM and 6:20 PM, ensuring a smooth and timely arrival at the Chapa Lounge
Note: If you encounter any difficulty locating the driver, please contact our hotline or visit the Chapa Lounge (at Lao Cai Station) for immediate assistance.
