Travel from Hanoi to Lao Cai by comfortable soft-sleeper train, then explore Tram Ton Pass, Love Waterfall, Muong Hoa Valley, and traditional ethnic villages. Trek through peaceful mountain trails, terraced rice fields, and local communities before returning to Hanoi by overnight train.

TK – SPPT 1: Ha Noi – Sa Pa Daily Trip(2 days 3 nights)

Itinerary:

Night 1:

At 8:00 PM, you will be picked up from your hotel in Ha Noi and transferred to the railway station for the overnight train to Lao Cai. Travel comfortably in an air-conditioned soft-sleeper cabin.

Day 1(B):Ha Noi - Sa Pa – Love Waterfall & Muong Hoa valley :

Upon arrival in Lao Cai, your local guide will welcome you and accompany you on the scenic drive up to Sa Pa. After check-in, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before setting out for Tram Ton Pass, the highest mountain pass in Viet Nam at 2,047 metres above sea level. From here, admire sweeping views of the Hoang Lien Son mountain range and the lush forests of Hoang Lien National Park. Continue with a gentle forest walk to Love Waterfall, following a clear mountain stream and enjoying the wildflowers along the trail. After returning to Sa Pa, explore the spectacular Muong Hoa Valley, famous for its terraced rice fields and traditional villages. Walk from Lao Chai Village, home to the Black Hmong community, to Ta Van Village of the Zay people, gaining insight into local customs, traditional dress, and daily life. Return to Sa Pa by car and overnight in Sa Pa.

Day 2(BL):Sa Pa – Suoi Ho – Ma Tra – Ta Phin – Lao Cai – Ha Noi

Begin the day with a rewarding trek from Sa Pa to Suoi Ho Village, passing tea plantations, cardamom gardens, and peaceful mountain scenery. Continue along buffalo trails to Ma Tra, a quiet Black Hmong village where you can observe authentic rural life away from the busy tourist routes. After a picnic lunch, trek onward to Ta Phin Village, well known for its Red Dao community and traditional handicrafts. In the afternoon, meet your driver and transfer to Lao Cai Station for the night train back to Ha Noi.
