Travel in style to Sapa
Very comfortable night and all extremely well organised - from the welcome tea in the lounge at Hanoi to the driver waiting for us at our carriage as we stepped off the train. Toilets were cleaned regularly and our cabin and bedding were spotless.

Great way to travel to Sa Pa! Very well organized with a lounge to wait before boarding. The team is very responsive by email for any questions you might have. The rooms are clean.
From Hanoi to Sapa with Chapa
We took the night train from Hanoi to Lao Cai and then the shuttle bus (organised via Chapa) to Sapa. We really enjoyed the ride as we drove through the famous train street. We could sleep better than expected. The only thing which wasn't good was the WC as the floor was flod by water!
Best train ride ever!
We had a blast on the chapa express. The beds were very comfortable, which was a relief, and we booked a cabin for two, which was relaxing and cozy. We went a little hard at the cocktail bar beforehand and almost missed the train, but the staff was amazing and welcomed us aboard just in time. So grateful! We had a good sleep after watching the city go by (hi train street!) thanks for helping to make our honeymoon special!
Fantastic and memorable experience
The journey was excellent from start to finish. We were made to feel very welcome, the cabins were very comfy and well-equipped, and we all agreed it was the best overnight train we’ve taken. Thank you for having us!

I'm very happy with the Chapa Express. The bed is very comfortable & the share bathroom is clean. I would totally take Chapa Express again!

Our family loved the night train. Beds were comfortable and we also received water, soft drinks and some snacks and fruit. The toilet seemed to be cleaned regularly. Overall a very positive experience.
