VIP Cabin for 2 people. Amazing cabins with free amenities and comfortable beds. We slept like babies. Very highly recommended!!
Clean and Comfort
The room is clean. Bed and pillow comfort enough. Toilet is clean. Person reply my whatsapp service is amazing. They actually really take note on my request. Operation can be improved. Ticket with bed number can be be email earlier giving some comfort feel to customer. Lounge is nice n large. Good if have soap inside bathroom lounge. If got free coffee or tea, maybe can put pot for people to self service. The amenities is good, got staff at lounge look not really friendly, but maybe just make people more comfortable to help themselves with towel of coffee. If possible allocate small section for prayer area, can cover bit by portable stand partition at least. That will be perfect
Chapa review for me
I like the decoration of the room - very cosy and pretty. Cabin was clean with no smell. Staff was polite and nice when she gave the snacks and drinks when we boarded. We had a good sleep. One area to improve - for the coffee that we ordered in the morning, it would be good to inform us that it is payable and we do not need to scramble for our wallet to pay when we are still sleepy in the morning. Otherwise, it can be complimentary and free as we already paid for a VIP cabin. Overall, it is good and I would recommend Chapa train to my friends who want to take overnight train to Sapa

Very clean train, all perfect. If I come I will repeat. I highly recomend a cabin of two if you are a couple/ friends of two, because for 4 people its a little bit small. Thank you.

The Journey was really good, started from the Service at the Train Station and the punctuality of the Train. Moreover the Service on the Train was also very nice. One critic that I have is that the bedlinen was Not clean.
