excellent train service to and from Sapa
I have very good experience with this train to and from Sapa. Booking directly on web site is straighforward. Subsequent email contact is responsive and speedy. At station in Hanoi they help me with my heavy luggage to the train. I also book a private car for 8 at Lao Cai station and driver showed up with a card with my name on it and took our group straight to hotel. Overall enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
Enjoyable trip
We liked everything about our trip to Sa Pa with Chapa express: nicely decorated cabin with fresh linen, some snacks on offer, clean bathroom, friendly staff.

We really enjoyed Our trip with Chapa express! And we had a lovely little surprise for our honeymoon! We were looked after very well, and the beds were comfy, and it was definitely the most comfortable carriage We went on in Vietnam. Highly recommend!

Chapa is the best train to commute in Vietnam
I loved how hospitable the stuff of Chapa is and they are super helpful from booking till your journey ends. They make sure you reach on time and are comfortable in the train.

Such a fun way to travel
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our night on Chapa Express back to Hanoi. The service in the waiting room by the young man who attended us was excellent, and he guided us onto the train and saw us settled. The accommodation was excellent. The staff brought drinks, snacks etc and offered wine. A trolley arrived offering more food and drinks. Then we settled in for the night, a cosy cabin with air con. And a decent sleep too. Next morning we were able to get up and use the washing facilities which were clean. All together an excellent trip. Thank you Chapa, and to all your lovely staff.
Lovely experience
My partner and I did a lot of research and ultimately decided to book with Chapa Express for our trip to Sapa. We had no idea what to expect but were pleasantly surprised upon entering our private cabin. We enjoyed the comfy room, friendly staff, cool views, and the uninterrupted sleep we got! Would love to ride again 😊
